Golden Paste for Pets. Blended in a BRC accredited facility to ensure quality and traceability, golden paste is manufactured with human grade ingredients. TURMERIC - turmeric is not irradiated or steam treated to preserve the key components. The curcumin levels have varied between 5% and 9.82%
COCONUT OIL - we use cold pressed and organic coconut oil.
BLACK PEPPER - we crack our black pepper just before adding it to our paste.
CEYLON CINNAMON - we use true (ceylon) cinnamon as this has a lower level of coumarin in.

DIRECTIONS:
Begin by feeding 1/8th teaspoon twice a day for the first week with food. The following week, feed 1/4 teaspoon twice a day with food. Each week you can increase until desired effects are noticed.

If feeding 1/4 teaspoon twice a day - 100g will last 40 days.
If feeding 1/2 teaspoon twice a day - 100g will last 20 days.
If feeding 1 teaspoon twice a day - 100g will last 10 days.

water, turmeric, cold pressed coconut oil, apple cider vinegar (with the mother), ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, citric acid, potassium sorbate.

How long will delivery take?

If your order is placed before 11am then we will try and despatch it the same day, depending on the volume of orders. The delivery will then be 2 to 3 working days. No orders are despatched over the weekend.

You can order online for collection in store, your order will only be ready for collection when you get a notification it's ready. Collection is from Unit 13 Townfoot Industrial Estate, BRAMPTON, CUMBRIA CA8 1SW.

Delivery Charges - 1 to 2 day Express Delivery: UK Mainland Excluding Surcharge Areas.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday
are usually shipped on the same day and delivery is usually within 1-3
working days. In the majority of instances delivery will be made using a
fully tracked DPD, however small items will use Royal Mail. We
occasionally may also use Parcelforce.

Orders placed after 12pm
Friday will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed over a
Bank Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

COLLECT IN STORE - FREE

Your
order can be collected, we have to make sure items are in stock and
ready for collection. You will be notified when your collection is
ready. We are open Tuesday to Friday 12 pm till 5.30 pm - Saturday 12 pm
till 3.30 pm.

Delivery Delays

We try our very best to get orders out quickly, sometimes this is out
of our hands with the current strikes, but we will keep you informed at
all times.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To
be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once
your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If
you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
