We've tried to be as clear as possible with our shipping charges, we make no profit on shipping, the price you pay is the price we have to pay.The charges are based on weight.

 Orders placed before 12pm Tuesday-Friday are usually shipped the same day and delivery is usually within 1-3 working days. In the majority of instances delivery will be made using a fully tracked DPD, however small items we will use Royal Mail. We occasionally may also use Parcelforce.


Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

COLLECT IN STORE - FREE

Your order can be collected, we have to make sure items are in stock and ready for collection. You will be notified when your collection is ready. We are open Tuesday to Friday 12 pm till 5.30 pm - Saturday 12 pm till 3.30 pm.

Delivery Delays

We try our very best to get orders out quickly, sometimes this is out of our hands with shipping companies, but we will keep you informed at all times.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
